It's undeniable that America's small business owners are hanging in the balance trying to navigate worry while also acting fast to stay positive and productive in this trying time.
In search of solutions and resources for myself and other small business owners, I have found some resources being shared in various groups that I wanted to share for fellow business owners in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
If you have resources that are not listed below please email me at email@example.com or leave me a comment below with something you have also found.
Economic Disaster Loan Assitance by the U.S Small Business Administration
On March 18, Governor Tom Wolf announced that small businesses and non-profits in Pennsylvania would be eligible for low-interest loans.
These loans can be repaid up to 30 years which makes monthly payments low and affordable.
You can find the Disaster Loan Assistance application here.
Grants for Businesses
Fundera a loan agency compiled a list of 107 ways to find free money through grants for small businesses.
Finding grants and figuring out whether your business qualifies for the grant can be tedious. Fundera has categorized the grants so you can quickly find ones that are relevant to you.
As you scroll through possible grant opportunities you will find a small explanation of the grant and who may qualify for it underneath the title. Making the process of determining eligibility faster.
Facebook Small Business Grants and Ad Credit
Facebook announced shortly after the nation came to a halt that they will be launching a 100 million dollar grant program for small businesses during this challenging time.
Full details on how the program will work have not yet been released but you can sign-up to receive updates for when they make the program live.
If you are a part of the Honeybook community than you'll want to take full advantage of the resources they have put together for small businesses.
Resources for Artists & Freelancers
Creative Enabler has compiled a list of resources for artists ranging from sculptors to writers and she has even linked resources for bartenders.
Hey there, I'm LeeAnn!

With a household sustained by the service industry, my partner and I are facing the same uncertainty you are.
In an effort to help others in similar places I have put this list together from what I have been able to find.
I will continue to update this post as new resources are made available.
