When Deb approached me about taking her family photos I was more than thrilled. After spending time talking with her it was clear she wanted more than just the traditional family portraits. She wanted me to capture her family as their fun, crazy, quirky selves. She wanted me to capture moments truest to who they are as a family.
The day of the shoot was windy and cold of ALL THE DAYS IN PHOENIX to be windy and cold it was that day but we certainly made the best of a less than ideal situation.
We walked all around Scottsdale’s DC Ranch finding the best places to catch an image and it was in the moments least planned genuine love and laughter were captured.
We even found human size plant pots to take a quick snap in!
