Kiley's family mini-session came at the perfect time, just before her daughter turned two! We spent most of the session getting her to laugh and coaxing her over for hugs.
Life moves so quickly, its cliche to say, but that's because it's true and these moments we were able to capture will be cherished for years to come. I asked Kiley to share with me her favorite picture and anything else she wanted to mention about her experience, and this is what she said; "My favorite is a pic of the baby with a 'shocked-didn't do it face!' It's honestly the perfect picture as we see this face multiple times a day, so it's only fitting it was captured during our photo shoot. Love it!"
Every season I offer mini photo sessions for families. This Spring, I offered mini-sessions at a local Pittsburgh photo studio so mamas could get that at home-feel without the stress of cleaning.
Family Mini Sessions at the Studio in Pittsburgh, PA
Mini-sessions are a great way to update family photos when you aren't ready to make the full investment for in-home family photos.
"I know you probably don't know this, but I lost my mom in September to a long battle with breast cancer. My mom and I were very close, and since then, I've been really unable to find my way through the grief. It's through pictures and videos that I have really been able to look back through the years and appreciate the lovely life we shared. As a mom myself now, I'm so incredibly grateful to have these pictures of now my family."
