Let’s face it–as women and queer folk in business, there’s a lot that stands in our way.
I don’t need to dive into it too deeply, as you’re probably already too familiar:
–That persistent feeling of not enough-ness
–The weight of expectation to “have it all” (even though having it all was never really a possibility anyway)
–You’d rather avoid the camera completely because of how awkward you feel having your photo taken… (“What do I do with my hands?”)
–That gnawing thought that no one really cares about what you have to say–they only care about what you’re selling
If you’re quietly raising your hand as a me too - I’m with you, I get it.

As a photographer, I like to think of myself as the word search on the back of the Crunch Berries box–but instead of having you look for things like “palm tree,” “sand,” or “seadog,” I’ll help you uncover words like “worthy,” “deserving,” and “enough.”
