Hiya! I’m LeeAnn, and I’m here to create high-impact headshots that feel like you - unique, polished, and full of personality.

How to Get Started
Contact
Since every company, organization is different quotes are custom. Fill out the contact form and schedule a call so we can discuss the direction and scope of your project.
Proposal
I'll send you a custom proposal with a couple different package options to review and choose from. Starting price for company headshots is $1299. Number of employees and scope of work determine final cost.
Contract
A 50% retainer fee and a signed contract is required to book your date. Once you submit this we'll begin planning for your headshot session.

Pricing & Scope
Are company headshots done assembly-line style? No. While sessions are thoughtfully timed, my approach prioritizes creating genuine connection with each person. These are not school-picture-style headshots. I guide each individual so they feel comfortable, confident, and seen—while still keeping the day running smoothly. Sessions are scalable and quoted based on the number of people and overall scope, without compromising the quality of the experience for anyone involved.
What’s included in a company headshot session? Companies hire me because my approach to headshots is brand first. The investment includes a planning meeting with key decision makers or marketing leads, style guide specific to your company, travel, photography time, professional lighting setup, posing guidance, image selection, and retouching. Full details are outlined in your custom proposal.
How is pricing structured? Pricing is based on the number of people, location, and scope of the shoot. Starting price for on-location headshots is $1299. Custom quotes ensure you only pay for what you need. With that said you should expect to pay between $200 - $135 per person depending on number of people and session details.
Where do company headshots take place? Typically on-site at your office. Studio setups or rented locations are also available if needed.
How long does each headshot take per person? Sessions are any where from 7–15 minutes, depending on the style and number of final images wanted. For executives, c-suite sessions are usually 30 minutes because we needed a wider variety of images.
Logistics & Planning
Do you help with scheduling employees? Yes. I provide a simple scheduling system or time blocks to make coordination easy for your team.
What should employees wear? I provide a wardrobe guide with recommendations for colors, styles, and patterns that photograph well and stay on-brand.
Do you offer hair and makeup? Hair and makeup can be added on for individuals or leadership teams upon request.
What if someone misses their time slot? We build buffer time into the schedule, and reshoots can be arranged if needed.
Brand & Consistency
Can you match our existing headshots or brand style? Absolutely. I work with your brand guidelines to ensure consistency across lighting, cropping, background, and tone.
Can we do different styles for leadership vs. staff? Yes, many companies choose elevated portraits for leadership and a streamlined look for the rest of the team.
Do you offer ongoing or annual headshot days? Yes. I offer recurring headshot sessions for growing teams, new hires, and yearly updates.
Usage & Delivery
How will we receive the images? Proofs are delivered via a private online gallery for easy selection of their final headshot(s). Once selections are made I finalize edits and send out a full gallery for downloading and internal sharing. What is the turnaround time?
What is the turnaround time? Typically 2–3 weeks, with expedited options available.
Can we use the images for marketing and press? Yes. Company headshots include commercial usage for websites, marketing, social media, and internal materials
Do employees get copies for LinkedIn? Yes, employees can receive their individual images for professional use.
