"I feel much more ~aligned~ in my brand and business--and LIFE lmao--"

PHASE ONE: Strategy Before Photos
I start all my clients in the same place: a deep-dive strategy session to uncover what’s shifted in their business — and more importantly, what they want to be known for moving forward.
With Heather, we explored:
The kind of clients she’s calling in
Where she’s showing up (or avoiding showing up) — hello, speaker events and group coaching!
Her offers — what’s working and what isn’t
Why it matters
The emotions and energy her brand should evoke
After our initial session, we met weekly to refine her strategy and troubleshoot real-time issues she faced as she stepped into this next version of her business.
Together, we worked on:
Clarifying her mission, vision, and values
Designing coaching packages and pricing
Crafting custom proposals and refining her sales process
Writing website copy
Mapping out a content strategy for Instagram and her podcast
Navigating ghosting, difficult clients, or rejections
Defining brand messaging and voice
Most small business owners skip this crucial step — understanding how all these elements work together to create a cohesive, aligned brand. But this is what makes everything click.
“The time spent on my business structure, building out my client experience step by step, and keeping my 'why' front and center kept me grounded when I felt overwhelmed with the scope of this rebrand and launch.”
If you're a creative small business coach or service provider who’s outgrown your visuals and messaging, you’re not alone. A strategy-led rebrand and photoshoot can shift everything."
PHASE TWO: Mapping the Vision & Bringing It to Life
Once we had clarity, the creative direction for her brand photoshoot came naturally.
We aimed to create images that felt ethereal and cosmic — using props, backdrops, and styling choices that reflected Heather’s feminine, edgy, and intuitive energy.
Our goal? To craft a gallery of images she could use across her website, proposals, social media, and guides — images that didn’t just look good, but communicated her unique value. We built a detailed shoot plan around her present goals and her future vision.
We also thought practically: What images did she really need to show up consistently online and offline? From banner shots to detail photos for lead magnets, every scene had a strategic purpose.
“I'd recommend Leeann to anyone who needs guidance, support, and images that represent who they truly are — period. It low-key has nothing to do with what people are selling. That’s something every other photographer I’ve worked with has missed.”
On shoot day, Heather didn’t need to “perform” for the camera. Because of all the groundwork we’d done, she was able to show up as herself — confident, clear, and fully connected to her vision.
“I really wanted a partner in this project — and I feel like Leeann truly became that for me.”
This is what I love most about working with purpose-driven women in business — especially those helping others step into their light.
Your work is personal. Your business is unique. Your visuals should reflect that.
Heather walked away with more than just beautiful photos. She left with a refined brand strategy and a gallery full of images that worked — practically and emotionally.
She’s now using them:
Across her rebranded website and landing pages
In polished, custom proposals
In consistent, on-brand social content
To support new offers aligned with her values and voice
And the best part? She’s showing up with more clarity, consistency, and confidence than ever before.
What This Means for You
If you’re a creative small business coach in Pittsburgh, NYC, or Philadelphia and your current brand doesn’t reflect who you are anymore — you’re not broken, and you’re not alone.
The solution isn’t just “get new photos.”
The solution is a strategy-first brand photoshoot that begins with who you are, where you're going, and how you want to be seen — and ends with visuals that empower you to show up, speak clearly, and sell confidently.
Ready for the next version of you to show up?
If Heather’s story resonates, it might be time for your own visual evolution.
Let’s talk about how to bring it to life.
